Chelsea Football Club is reportedly close to signing 16-year-old Nigerian midfielder Abduljelil Kamaldeen from the Kwara Football Academy.
According to a report by a Chelsea insider on X, scouts from the London club were impressed by Kamaldeen’s performances at the U-20 World Cup and are preparing a scholarship offer to secure his signature.
The young talent is also said to be attracting interest from West Ham United and several Belgian clubs.
