It said, “Members of the National Caucus and NEC of the APC are hereby informed that our meetings of July 10th and 11th of July, have been postponed to July 18th and 19th 2023 respectively.”

He expresses regret for any  inconveniences the action of the party might have caused, Omisore said it had to be postponed because of the schedule of President Bola Tinubu who emerged the new chairman of the Economic Community of West African States, ECOWAS, on Sunday.

Therefore, the national caucus is a statutory organ of the party, chaired by President Tinubu and its membership is made up of the vice president and all the former governors, serving governors and members of the National Working Committee, among others which are all under the leadership of the President.
