NDDC: The Transition to Digital Operations…
The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has launched its Procurement Digitisation Workshop in Bayelsa State, as part of a strategic push to move “Beyond Paperwork.”
Representing the MD/CEO, Chief Samuel Ogbuku, PhD, the Director of Procurement, Dr Chuks Osuji, inaugurated the session, marking the Commission’s formal transition from manual processes to a fully digital framework.
This reform aims to modernise the Commission’s operational system and set a new benchmark for institutional integrity.
As Dr Chuks Osuji stated:
“This digitised system is designed to enable contractors to submit bids from the comfort of their homes, while effectively minimising fraudulent activities through enhanced transparency.”
