The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has held a pre-departure and award ceremony for 200 beneficiaries of its Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme.
The event included the presentation of award letters and an orientation session to prepare the scholars for studies abroad.
According to NDDC, it marks another step in NDDC’s efforts to empower Niger Delta youths through education.
