Samuel Ogazi, the Nigerian athlete, has set a new national record in the men’s 400m race at the Southern Conference (SEC) Track and Field Championships in the US.
The 20-year-old, representing the University of Alabama, dipped over the finish line at 43.95 seconds to win the event’s final in the early hours of Sunday.
