The group also picked holes in the process through which Delta leaders emerge, alleging that it has caused lack of progress and development in the state.

The independent group from Warri South West local government area of the state claimed they are one of those viable and string group whose emblem encourages good governance and character, is aimed at delivering the state from the current disaster it has found itself for decades.

The nonaligned group, which was led by the Chairman, Hon. Tebekaemu David Pere Mobowei, clearly stated that they are not for a particular party whether PDP or APC or SDP but want to strictly work with any sincere and capable candidate who is willing to work with them to deliver the Grassroot of Warri South West of Delta state.

Speaking on behalf of the unbiased group, Hon. David said, “we want development, industries in our community, we are not tied to one person, we want to work with serious candidate that have capacity to deliver.

“We want to tell you our plans today, we all are considered as youths as they call us but we are not getting younger.

“We are suppose to be better than we are now, if you come to our community there is no reasonable thing, good road, good drinking water, no light fir over many years.

“This time we will change the scenario and that is what we are here to do and by the grace of God, we are going to show our understanding and we assure you that we will deliver Warri South West in our capacity.

Because we own the grassroot we know what to do because we are not babies instead we are pressure group that work with candidate that are capable to deliver Delta state.

“We don’t want to work under party structure because this same party structure is what is destroying the state structure they will now give it to their party and the party leadership will give to their family.

“We have decided that we are about yhe individual who is good enough to deliver the grassroot, we deliver the candidate we work closely with the candidate.

“We are to deliver any candidate that is ready to work with us because as a councillor I cannot enjoy my salary because of many people close to me that are not been fend for them.

“So because of that we are following prepared to deliver a sincere candidate that will deliver us.

“We are working under Delta Senatorial District not particular about party or anyhow candidate.

At the end, Gbagi gave his respond as one that know the problem of Delta state and has the capacity to deliver state from the long term decay of bad governance.

He expressed, “It is not much of my business but yhe business of all Deltans that he have represented himself yo say I have the muscle that that have the muscle to fight the fight.

“If you people are ready, the youths are the ones that are damaged by that, it is you people that will see a human being and see a criminal with questionable character that has not certificate yet you jump to follow them.

“So I want to commended you people as you are foresighted to know and realise that.

“By some coincidence our name coincides with with with your group name, we are Liberate Delta and the meaning of Liberate is to free Delta so it is a good thing that you have started and you must align with a party once you have made up your mind.

“So am happy that you peopleccame but officially once you people make up your mind, let me know how I can be of help and participate.
