LAWYERS VOW TO DEPLOY OVER 250 SOUND AND ERUDITE LEGAL MINDS AGAINST ANDY UBA IF HE VENTURES TO GO TO COURT AGAINST SOLUDO

Another set of Soludo’s support groups lawyers under the aegis of ALL LAWYERS FOR SOLUDO support group, (ALFOS), has vowed to deploy over 250 of sound and erudite legal minds of its membership against Senator Andy Uba if he ventures to take Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, the Governor-elect of Anambra State to the election tribunal over an election that has been hailed by all and sundry across the country and beyond as free, fair and credible

The group after a crucial meeting in Awka, capital of Anambra State, made its position known as follows:

ALL LAWYERS FOR SOLUDO support group(ALFOS) after a crucial meeting at De Santos Hotel & Suites Awka on the 22nd of November 2021 came up with the following Communique;

1. That It commends the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) for conducting an unprecedented, universally accepted free,fair, credible and transparent Gubernatorial election in Anambra State on the 6th of November 2021.

2. That It also commends the likes The President of Federal Republic of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR), former Governors of Anambra State Mr Peter Obi, Dr Chris Ngige (CON), Senator Uche Ekwunife (Iyom), Senator Ifeanyi Uba of the YPP, Chief Valentine C Ozigbo of the PDP for accepting the outcome of the Election as the ultimate will of God for Ndi Anambra.

3. It however noted with utter dismay and resentment the desperation of the APC Gubernatorial candidate, Andy Uba, who has defied all entreaties by well meaning Nigerians to jettison his bid to proceed to the Election Tribunal. It is trite knowledge that his desperate bid is utterly ill- informed, frivolous and ridiculous to say the least especially considering the fact that he never won in any known Local Government Area in Anambra State.

4. Notwithstanding, it has been resolved that All Lawyers for SOLUDO! support group shall advance its formidable legal force comprising of not less than 250 sound and erudite legal minds across the State and beyond to further rubbish his spurious, infantile and inordinate ambitions once and for all.
