LASPPPA Urges Onwers/Developers To Perfect Building Plan Permit In Accordance To Lagos Law

Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority, LASPPPA, during her recent enforcement activities has observed flagrant disregard to stop – work order, seal up and other notices served on contravening properties.

This was discovered during a recent routine monitoring for compliance exercise of the Enforcement Unit of the Authority. Owners/Developers of some properties previously sealed upon the Authority”s discovery that they have fake Planning Permit have been realized to have continued construction without first obtaining genuine Planning Permit.

The Authority hereby reiterates her advice to propective Onwers/Developers and owners of already existing but contravening properties to visit LASPPPA District Offices closest to them or her Head Office at Oba Akinjobi Way, GRA, Ikeja to perfect their Planning Permit in accordance to the Physical Planning Permit Laws of Lagos State.
