The Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority LASPPPA over the weekend sealed up a branch of “The Place Eatery” at Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba for illegal remodeling of their premises without obtaining Remodelling Permit from the Authority.
The seal up was carried out by the General Manager LASPPPA, Tpl Kehinde Osinaike in conjunction with the LASPPPA District Officer in that area and some other staff of the Authority while on a monitoring for enforcement exercise in the axis.
While sealing the premises, the GM explained that the action became necessary after notices served the organization went unheeded.
Osinaike further reiterated LASPPPA’s commitment to Zero Tolerance to illegal development in Lagos State.
