The Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority has called on Property Owners to voluntarily come forward to obtain their Planning Permit and not necessarily await the Authority’s Enforcement Unit to apply their enforcement mercenary before complying.
The Authority also urged Owners/ Developers whose properties are issued Contravention Notices to visit any of her 54 District Offices that issued the Contravention Notice for regularization to avoid their property being sealed off and/or further sanctions.
The Authority further emphasized that she has 54 District Offices including Electronic Planning Permit (EPP) Office at her headquarters at Oba Akinjobi Way, GRA – Ikeja
