The Secretary to the Lagos State Government, Barr. ‘Bimbola Salu-Hundeyin has expressed profound sorrow and shock over the passing of Mr. Tayo Oluwatuyi, Secretary to the Ondo State Government.
In a statement signed by her, she said, “I am deeply saddened by the passing of my dear brother and colleague, Mr. Tayo Oluwatuyi. It is hard to believe that our time together at the Southwest SSGs’ meeting just last month would be our final shared moment.”
Barr. Salu-Hundeyin extended her heartfelt condolences to Mr. Oluwatuyi’s family and loved ones especially the Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, people and the Government of Ondo State. She described Oluwatuyi as a brilliant, selfless leader and devoted gentleman while extolling his unwavering commitment to the progress of Ondo State and the Southwest region.
“His untimely demise is a tremendous loss, not only to his family but also to the Forum of Secretaries to State Governments, where his invaluable contributions will be deeply missed,” she added.
She, therefore, prayed for Mr. Oluwatuyi’s soul to rest in eternal peace and for God to comfort his family and all who mourn this profound loss. “May his good deeds bring grace and solace to everyone during this challenging time,” she concluded.
