A Veteran Nigerian singer, Chris Mba, who gained popularly known in the 1980s for his jerry curl hair style, and his hits songs like ‘Funky Situation’, ‘Baby Don’t Cry’, ‘Making My Way’ and ‘Love Everlasting’ has reportedly been confirmed dead.
This was disclosed by the singer’s management team, Premier Music through its general manager, Michael Odiong who recently confirmed the news on the demise of the singer on Wednesday around 6 pm at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).
According to Odiong, the musician until his sudden death battled a heart-related disease for several years.
