The Supreme Court has today Monday reserved judgment on the appeal filed by the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Patrick Tonye-Cole, against the victory of the Rivers State governor, Siminalayi Fubara in the March 18, 2023 governorship election.
It was gathered that the 5-member panel headed by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun has decided to reserve the judgment on the appeal after all parties in the suit adopted their briefs of arguments while the apex dismissed the appeal of Innocent Kere of the Allied People’s Movement (APM) as it was withdrawn by his counsel.
