JUST In: Edo Primary Election, APC Drops Gov. Uzodinma as Chairman, Picks Another…details

The All Progressive Congress (APC) has today decided to remove the Governor of Imo state, Senator Hope Uzodinma as the chairman Edo state Governorship Primary election committee after due consideration.

It was gathere that this decision followed after the crisis currently hitting the party in the state which yield several individuals as Candidates in the just-concluded primaries superintended over by Uzodinma.

However, the amended list released by the party’s National Organizing Secretary, H.E Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, OFR, the committee will now be chaired by the Governor of Cross Rivers state Bassey Otu, and Alh. Rabiu Suleiman will serve as Secretary while the Party also announced the appointment of Barr. C. C. Udenwa as the chairman Appeals committee.
