
Operatives from the Office of the Drainage Services and the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (KAI) in a joint operation have commenced the removal of illegal shops attached to the pedestrian bridge at Idumota area of Lagos State.
The resumption of the clearance operation in the area was disclosed via a video by the Lagos Commissioner, Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, on Monday, March 10.

The caption reads: “In a joint operation between the operatives from the Office of the Drainage Services and the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps resumed clearance operation in Idumota, removing illegal shops attached to the pedestrian bridge.”
