I wish to thank the His Excellency, Prof Sen Benedict Benjioshuye Akinshuye Sir Ayade CON, Former Governor of Cross River State, for his effort in sending power back to the south.
The South gave us a man of integrity; in the person of His Excellency, Sen Prince Bassey Otu, Executive Governor of Cross River State. Just like the saying goes, “a good market sells itself”. One can imagine the joy in the heart of Cross Riverians when Sen Prince Otu was elected as the APC flag bearer of Cross River State. Moving towards the election, the love and massive support he received from the people was beyond imagination.
I can stand confidently and beat my chest severally that Sen Prince Bassey Otu will turn Cross River around. People that used to know Cross River now will find it difficult to recognize Cross River State in no distant time.
I wish to use this medium to tell the whole world to hold me responsible if after eight years and Sen Prince Bassey Otu did not transform Cross River State.
