Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), received the African Public Service Award from Heritage Times.
The award was accepted on his behalf by the Executive Director, Finance and Administration (EDFA), Alabo Boma Iyaye during the 2025 African Heritage Concert and Awards in Marrakesh, Morroco.
This recognition underscores Dr. Ogbuku’s dedication to the development of the Niger Delta region.
