Gov. Uba Sani Announces Plans of President Tinubu Opening New Accredited College of Petroleum and Energy Studies….details

Governor Senator Uba Sani of Kaduna State has announced that President Bola Tinubu is set to open the newly accredited College of Petroleum and Energy Studies in Kaduna later this month.

On Monday, Governor Sani revealed this during a meeting with Ahmad Aminu, the Executive Secretary of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund, who visited him at Sir Kashim Ibrahim House as a courtesy.

The governor praised Tinubu for issuing the provisional operational license, which permits the college to operate as a private postgraduate university specializing in petroleum and energy studies.

He said, “We cannot make progress in a fast-changing and complex society if we fail to develop local capacity.

“This college, if well supported, has the potential of developing the local manpower that will change the face of Nigeria’s petroleum industry.

“Kindly approach the Kaduna State Government for any assistance required to ensure the smooth running of this important institution.
