…redeploys former DG to LASRAA
The Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu has appointed Ms. Toyin Ogunlana as the new Director-General of the Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau (LASRAB).
Ogunlana, who took over the leadership of LASRAB from the former Director-General, Mrs. Bilikiss Adebiyi-Abiola, was until her present appointment the Director and Head of Admin and Human Resource, Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture.
The new Director-General joined the Lagos State Civil Service in 2000 and has served in various capacities in many MDAs including the Ministry of Establishments and Training, Lands Bureau, Ministry of Youth and Social Development, Public Service Office, Office of the Chief of Staff and Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Bilikiss Adebiyi-Abiola, the former Director-General, has been redeployed to the Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA) as its new General Manager.
Adebiyi-Abiola, who took over from Engr. Ibilola Kasunmu is expected to bring her wealth of experience both from the private and public sectors to bear in further developing the Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA) towards achieving its mandate.
