He is a man I solely believe in his capacity and charisma to lead; and that implies the ability to pick sound ministers to work with.
Let this be known to all and sundry, that His Excellency has the power to sack anybody whom he thinks lacks the competency needed to achieve exploits in his administration. In the same way, His Excellency also has the power to employ anybody he feels has the necessary competency needed to make his administration a better one. His Excellency can appoint and fire anyone at anytime because he is the governor.
