Gov Otu’s Spokesperson Pst Bill Commends Gov. Otu on His Pledege To Complete 39km C’River-Benue Border Road, Ongoing Project
Governor Bassey Otu, in a statement assured the people of Ukelle in Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State an end to the traffic gridlock soonest.
According to the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Emmanuel Ogbeche, during the on-the-spot assessment of the 39km road project abandoned about two decades on Friday revealed that, and a meeting with the Clan Head of Wanokom, Chief Denis Ugede and other chiefs in his palace, revealed that the governor has assured the people of the completion of the road soonest as it will boost economic activities and ease vehicular movement.
He affirms, “I have been informed that successive administrations have carried out same inspections and never fulfilled the promises made, but be rest assured that this will be the final inspection by state government officials and we are definitely going to complete the construction of this road project,”
Otu promised.
