Following the decision of His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr) Mohood Olalekan Ishola Balogun Alli, Okumade II, Olubadan of Ibadanland and the Olubadan-in-Council, Governor Seyi Makinde has presented staffs of office to ten High Chiefs who were elevated to Obas this today.
In his Statement he made a remark saying, “Let me once again congratulate the new Obas. Our prayer is that you will have a peaceful and fruitful reign.
“Our administration will continue to support reforms that originate from the traditional institutions in Oyo State.”
