I wish to specially congratulate all those who were appointed recently into the administration of Governor Prince Bassey Otu.

The administration of His Excellency, Sen Prince Bassey Otu, came with so much expectations from the populace who saw the potential in His Excellency and campaigned massively for him.

Nevertheless, the task of Governance is a herculean task that one person cannot oversee all the works of Governance, hence the need for ministries to aide the governor in making better decisions to benefit the masses.

If the all *APPOINTEES* perform well, the people will praise the governor and if they perform below expectation, the Governor will also be blamed. Hence the need to have quality and competent personal to man various ministries and arms of Government.

I wish to charge the newly *APPOINTEES* to work with His Excellency, Sen Prince Bassey Otu, with their heart.Ensuring that the objectives of this administration and the heartfelt wishes of the masses who voted for this administration are met.

I wish them well and pray that God will give them the needed wisdom to deliver in all ramification.
