Still on the matter, the SDP Presidential candidate stormed Warri in the company of the SDP Delta State 2023 governorship hopeful, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi to celebrate with the Olu of Warri on his 1st Coronation Thanksgiving Anniversary.

History will have it recorded on Sunday August 21, 2022 that, the Olu of Warri celebrated in grand style his great thanksgiving service at the Word of Life Bible Church, Warri in Delta state.

And was anchored with prayers and word of advice and encouragement by the founder and presiding Pastor of the Word of Life Bible Church, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor who in his word expressed, “Thanksgiving opens the gate for more blessings; it brings you into the presence of God for divine favour through which, God flavours our labour.

 

“If you are not greatful, you will become a great fool. We must learn to emphasise the importance of thanksgiving in our daily life“.

In attendance was many other dignitaries, the high and mighty of Delta state politics like; incumbent Delta State Governor, Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa; the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege who is the APC Delta 2023 guber candidate; a former governor of the state, Chief James Ibori; Senator James Manager.

 

Also were the Speaker of the Delta state House of Assembly, Chief Sheriff Oborevwori, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan who was represented by his wife, Mrs. Roli Uduaghan; Chief Great Ogboru and the Dein of Agbor Kingdom, HRM, Dr. Benjamin Ikenchukwu Keagborekuzi l among others.

 

At the end, the ceremony turned out to be one of the best and colourful event so far in the history of kings in celebration of anniversaries and the SDP Presidential candidate, Prince Adewole Adebayo concluded with a remark , “if a change want to come in a nation, these were the kind of things you experience. We have come all the way to rejoice with the Itsekiri kingdom today”, he said.
