The federal government has unveiled the Procurement Compliance Monitoring System (PICOMS) to curb delays in the delivery of projects across tertiary institutions.
This was disclosed in a statement on Thursday, by Boriowo Folasade, Director of Press and Public Relations, Ministry of Education said Tunji Alausa, minister of education, announced the initiative during a capacity-building session for procurement officers held at the National Universities Commission (NUC) auditorium in Abuja.
