The Federal Government green-lights a salary increase ranging from 25% to 35% for Civil Servants on six remaining Consolidated Salary Structures, benefiting various sectors.
These structures include CONPSS, CONRAISS, CONPOSS, CONPASS, CONICCS and CONAFSS.
Previously, the Tertiary Education and Health Sectors received salary increases, impacting CONUASS, CONTISS, CONPCASS, CONTEDISS, CONMESS and CONHESS.
The increases, effective from January 1st, 2024, aim to boost morale and improve living standards for civil servants and pensioners under the Defined Benefits Scheme.
Pensioners will see an increase of 20% to 28% in their pensions.
