The Federal Government (FG) welcomed the presentation of the Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) for 100,000 hectares of land by the Niger State Government for the Strategic Integrated Project/Complex (SIPC), describing it as a key step toward turning agreements into concrete development. The CofO was secured and presented by Governor H.E. Mohammed Umar Bago following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Nkiruka Doris-Uzoka Anite, said the development reflects strong alignment between the FG and Niger State in driving sustainable investments, accelerating project implementation, and promoting inclusive growth across the country.
