ENUGU SPORTS CLUB HOST SOLUDO, COMMENDS HIS AGENDA FOR NDI-ANAMBRA, MOBILISES SUPPORT FOR HIM

The prestigious Enugu Sports Club, on Sunday, hosted Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo to a grand reception in support of his governorship ambition.
Cee Cee Soludo was received warmly by the President of the club, Barrister J C Nwosu and his co-members who are basically successful businessmen and professionals in various callings.
The Chairman of the occasion, Prof Ilochukwu Amucheasi described Cee Cee Soludo as the right candidate for the job.
He said Soludo is eminently qualified to become the next Governor of Anambra State, adding that he possesses the right training and wealth of experience to take the State to a greater height. He therefore urged Ndi Anambra to come out enmasse and vote for the APGA candidate.
The President of the club, Barrister Nwosu, in his welcome address, said the essence of the event was to interact with Soludo and hear from him ‘live and direct’ on his programmes for Ndi-Anambra. He said the Club is willing to support to him to succeed Governor Willie Obiano.
“Enugu Sports Club is willing to support your administration when called to duty. We have men and women of proven integrity, who have succeeded in both public and private life and are willing to contribute to the growth of our dear state.” Barrister Nwosu said.
Responding, Cee Cee thanked the President and the club members for the warm reception. He said he is at home with them as a life member of the prestigious club.
Cee Cee Soludo later reeled out some of the programmes in his manifesto to the club members. He told them that his ultimate goal is to make Anambra State a liveable and prosperous homeland. A place to live, work, learn, invest and enjoy.
He also stated that Anambra will be turned into an Industrial, technological and entertainment hub in Africa where opportunities will abound for everyone.
He also promised to create 130,000 private sector led jobs yearly as well as 1000 youth millionaires annually. Aside from this, he also promised to create Industrial Parks to be powered by gas-generated electricity to boost more jobs for the people.
He reiterated again that his government will give top priority to made in Anambra products, stressing that his official vehicle will be made in Anambra.
He further said the cost of labour in China and India is rising, adding that Anambra will be positioned as the next investment haven where investors will come to invest and set up manufacturing companies.
Cee Cee Soludo further said the Anambra will be made as the most business friendly state in Nigeria where the cost of doing business will almost be near zero.
He enjoined the members who are largely Anambra indigenes to come home and vote for APGA and the Soludo/Ibezim ticket come November 6, 2021.
Senator (Sir) Victor Umeh (Ohamadike), former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and former APGA National Chairman; and Prof Solo Chukwulobelu, Secretary to Anambra Government and Director-General of the Campaign Council also called on the members to vote Soludo/Ibezim ticket.
Other dignitaries present at the occasion include: Chief Primus Odili, Chief of Staff to the Governor of Anambra State; Hon Chinedu Obidigwe, member Representing Anambra East and West Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives; Hon Chinedu Nwoye ( Glamour), chairman of All Soludo Support Group (ASSG), and many others.
