As May 29, 2023 approaches, the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari has made landmark achievements, rating high its contribution to the growth and peace of the nation, Nigeria.
In his remarks he wrote, “It will go down on record as one of the proudest achievements of my administration in addition to our neutrality in the elections,”
This was contained in a goodwill message issued by his spokesperson, Shehu Garba to Muslims on the occasion of Eid-El-Fitri celebration to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
He also noted that, the outcome of the general elections was in line with his pledge to leave a legacy of free and fair elections.
According to him, the elections were so transparent that even members of his party lost to the opposition without his interfering.
His message also reads, “I am proud that I have created a level playing field for all contestants regardless of party affiliation in order to produce a fair outcome of all.”
To this end, the president congratulated Muslim on successfuly completing the Ramadam fast and prayed Allah reward all for their sacrifices during the fasting period.
