DR BETTA EDU’S SNR CHIEF ADVOCATE, PST BILL FRANCIS CONGRATULATES DR BETTA EDU ON HER RECENT APPOINTMENT AS A MINISTER OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA

I am writing this congratulatory message with so much joy in my heart. The reason for so much joy is that God has elevated one of our own. A virtuous woman whom many adversaries tried to paint black, but God fought on her side and here she is today, absolutely victorious.

Dr Beta Edu has served the Nigerian women through the All Progressive Congress as the National Women Leader of our great party. Using her role as the women leader, she has been an inspiration to the women community in Nigeria and has been instrumental towards the revival of majority of women’s interest in politics; and APC in particular.

It has pleased his Excellency, Sen Bola Ahmed Tinubu,to appoint Dr Beta Edu as one of the minister that will work with him towards making Nigeria great. Her appointment came at a time that some protagonists wanted to use propaganda to tarnish her name. I wonder what some people wants to do with the downfall of another. Nevertheless, she has been vindicated and crowned with this noble appointment which shows that her good works and contributions to the growth and Victory of our APC is well recognized.

Dr Beta Edu was called all manner of names because most southerners (Especially south South) did not believe in the candidacy of Sen Bola Ahmed Tinubu. She was ridiculed till she has countless sleepless nights due to her support for Sen Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Even in the midst of this storm, she still stood her ground and supported APC and went to the extent of risking her life to campaign for APC. Her courage and resilience is worthy of emulation.

I can attest to the struggles Dr Beta Edu passed through due to her party affiliation. I can attest because I also went through such turbulences due to my political affiliation. Due to my support for our Party APC, my fiance broke up with me. I lost many friends and most people rejected me. Some people saw me as an enemy simply because I chose to support my beloved party APC. But in all, I believe God does everything to be good and in favor of his own chosen people.

I wish to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Dr Beta Edu and wish her all the best as she takes the appointment to reshape the country into the best for the common man to inhabit.
