Deltans need true leadership. The visible challenge in Delta state is having a sustained failed system foisted on the people failed leaders.
Gov Ifeanyi Okowa has done his best creating a roadmap for others to follow. What remains is to ensure the best succeeds Okowa for continuity and progress sake in the state.
Patani Chairman, Comrade Godspower Asiuwhu, a man of truth has said it all, refering to Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi in thought provoking story as one who has earned great honour from his unannounced good works of life which Ijaws have also benefitted greatly.
He also went further to describe Gbagi as a man who selflessly affect people’s life positively without any noise even without delegating such duties to him.
The youths of Delta state desire a man that has their interest at heart not the man that gives pittance and turn them to street beggars.
Deltans will need to say NO to destiny killers and YES to motivators of life, men of valour and capacity that can to deliver performance even in the face of nothingness.
This takes us back to the days of check and balances for true leadership which will only resonate to a leader with conscience and delivery like Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi who has evidences of performance all over the nation.
Deltans can’t deny his antecedents as it shines every nook and corner of the state. Gbagi as a father of all youths has done a lot to boost the livelihood of different individuals both at the federal and state level even senatorial to senatorial districts which is very evidential for the position of governnorship.
