Following the trend of meeting between Okowa and some Councillors indications are that, the pointer is heading to doom for both the state and the party.

Ahead of 2023 governorship race, it is very glaring that only one independent minded candidate among all and without doubt is qualified in both capacity, experience, integrity, intelligence, resourcefulness to achieve and deliver the nitty-gritty Delta state need to regain its pride as an oil producing state for best progress.

The vengeful decision of Okowa to pick any unqualified candidate with the intention of imposing him on the state will undoubtedly somersault not just Delta but PDP and that will surely be the beginning of pain and agony of Deltans and the state even him as Governor will not escape the rot politically and otherwise if he dares God and take that selfish move.

It is very clear that, politics is meant to be of no permanent enemy nor friend and a game of let’s quarrel today and settle back tomorrow for the betterment of the state and citizens but when a leader begin to prepare legs for a dance of shame by calling colour black, white when he knows that, it is actually black just to please his own rueful desire then he should also prepare for broken legs and that becomes a sign of danger ahead for all.

Okowa should not play God but leave God to do His work as the punishment will be more disastrous politically, economically and security wise especially on himself not just the state or citizens.

An adage says, “It is only a fool that sees fire and jump inside the fire knowing fully well that when the fire start to burn,  it will only burn him that entered the fire”.

Pa Okowa has given his advice like a father to a son, Elders also gave their advise as seen gods, men of authorities also gave theirs, youths are also sending theirs by demanding for true leadership because the pain will rub more on the youths.

The question goes to Okowa, is your plan to kill Delta or progress Delta?

As Deltans will not sit to watch Delta state collapse the more, allow the state grow in peace for us as youths, our children and children unborn.

Deltans are demanding for that true leader that can bring back the pride of Delta state.
