Still on the matter, the African Church in Ekakpamre, Ughelli South of Delta state have decided to receive the liberation message direct from the source.
To ensure the meaning of the message sink through the minds of all concerned Deltans, they invited the Delta state Governorship candidate of Social Democratic Party SDP, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi OON as Special Guest of honour at its Annual Conference themed: “Ye are salt of the earth” (Preaching society) held on Monday 26th December at the Ekakpamre Grammar School Ughelli South LGA.
This special invitation was to give opportunity for the liberation to reach every Deltan directly from the originator of the message who knows the true problem of the state and can actually deliver the proper solution of recovery and rebuilding of Delta state in general.
Gbagi who is regarded as the topmost industralist with vast knowledge and experience during his message to the people of African Church encourages them to trust in God then ensure they get their PVCs inorder to vote out all anomalies inform of group, party that has put Delta state backward since 1999 and assured them of good governance and true leadership if elected as governor, come 2023.
In his statement he expressed, “father can no longer pay the school fees of their children
“If you vote for a thief, criminal that is your portion
“For a man who cannot read nor write, have not been able to show what you have done win your private life, for you to say you want to govern me
“His history is synonymous with stealing”.
To top it all, in reassuring Gbagi’s Liberation Message to the African Church, Barr. Ezekiel Okorode said, “There is no doubt that, Delta state is in the mist of abject poverty, we are suffering
“Why are we suffering in the mist of plenty, not that we are not rich, we are very rich
” I know Gbagi has come to our rescue, Hod answering our prayers
“Poverty in our state will be a thing if the past under your warch because we dont have any business with poverty”.
” The African Church, we wish you well and we believe with our prayers you will succeed
“You are welcome to African Church, God bless you sir”.
At the end, the African Church received his liberation message with joy and understanding to vote rightly no matter the circumstances and the top leaders rendered strong declaration prayers to Gbagi to go abd win inorder to rescue Delta state from the arrested development of the slave masters.
In their prayers they said, “Lord, you are the one who chooses leaders, your servant has come that he has heard your voice to go and rescue this state
“Lord we pray for him Oh God! Lead him, guide him, protect him and grant him his heart desires as he has come to seek prayers from your church
“You said those that seek the Lord, they that know their God, they will on wings like Eagle, they will run without been weary
“They will do exploit, father we pray for him as a church that you will go with him and establish his heart desires in Jesus name.
“Father for you knoweth the ones that are choosen to be, what he told us is very enticing
“We believe as he has spoken, these are the things in his heart, oh Lord, we pray you will be with him abd all his aspirants will come to pass in the name of the Lord.
“Gbagi, Grace of God will be with you, go His grace and might to redeem Delta state in Jesus mighty name, Amen”.
The turnout was described as massive, colourful as the message sank deeply into the heart of those that believed in liberation of Delta state from backwardness to progress.
