DElTA: Gov. Oborevwori Approves Payment of New Minimum Wage to Workers…see details

The executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has APPROVED the PAYMENT of the NEW MINIMUM WAGE to workers in the state with effect from October.

This was disclosed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr. Kingsley Emu, during a meeting of the Committee of the new minimum wage with leadership of the Organized Labour in Delta State, comprising the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Trade Union Congress (TUC), and the Joint Negotiating Council (JNC), to discuss the implementation of the new minimum wage.
