This day Wednesday November 17, 2021 was a very remarkable day in Asaba, Delta state as the PDP Executive Working Committee led by the PDP state Chairman, Hon. Kingsley Esiso and other intellectuals in grand style received the very first PDP Governorship Aspirant who they also consider as the long awaited Messiah to deliver Delta state from backwardness and this is no other person than the only one aspirant who is regarded as the incoming Governor, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, the Aare-Atunluse of Akure Kingdom, Orugba of Idjerhe kingdom confirming him as the first ever coming to officially declare his interest to contest for Governorship under the umberalla of PDP at the PDP state secretariat in Asaba, Delta state.
It may interest you to note that, the oldest member of the PDP, Chief Fovie in showing his full support, devoted his time and strength alligning himself with the PDP state Chairman, Chief Esiso to pray fervently for the successful journey of the Governor in waiting, the industrialist, business mogul, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi to the government house even as he succeeds Governor Okowa and he prayed stylishly saying…
“…the fact that Gbagi has come to tell us that he is contesting for Governorship of this state, we are happy to tell him that him bi the first wey we don receive

…we pray that as he has come, God should do it for him and all of us

This was a prayer of an elder statesman which confirms that the struggle of all PDP aspirants is not a surprise to God and Deltans as the turnout of the event reveals the superiority of Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi over other PDP aspirants and other party aspirants in general as the PDP Secretariat hall was filled with over five hundreds of supporters, intellectuals who left their businesses just to grace the occasion and support the only one man with the solution for progress of Deltans and Delta state in general.
Take it or leave it, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi will be heading to Government house to succeed Governor Okowa in no time to leverage on the already laid plan to move the Delta state to progress, come 2023.
Taking a lead from the Anambra state 2021 Governorship election where citizens reject lobbying from aspirants inorder to get the best out of governance from anyone who will eventually emerge as the Governor so expectations are that same will repeat itself in Delta state, come 2023 as there will be no more rooms for Slavemastery and looting this time.
