Delta 2023: Jubilation As Gbagi Takes His Campaign Train, Shop To Shop To Afor Market.

Ahead of the gubernatorial race, the governorship candidate of Social Democratic Party SDP, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi OON has taking his liberation message with his campaign train, the Deputy governorship candidate, Chief Mrs. Oshilim Ishioma Rosemary, the Vice Chairman of the party, South-south, Elder Fred Owotorofa, the Director General of Gbagi Campaign Council, Prof. Jiff Mokobia, the Deputy Director General, Prof. Augustus Atubi among other party faithfuls to the popular market in Isele-Uku area of Aniocha North local government.

This shop to shop campaign style took place on Tuesday 10th January, 2023 at the popular market called Afor Market in Issele-Uku.

Gbagi who is recognised for his large heart of giving took a different trend just to feel the pain of the people of Delta state who has been doing business in the market over the years since its creation in 1999.

It was also revealed that the Afor market has been neglected for so long by the present administration since inception which made it a bit difficult for development or expansion of shops even roads to have been difficult to access.

Testmonials from the market made the visit so unique as some traders joyfully expressed their minds;  Mrs. Ikechukwu said, “I thought he (Gbagi), was at home and sent you people to talk to us as usual. This man will make a difference if he is elected governor”.

While others also lamented, “We will not vote for the PDP and APC candidates because they have failed us since 1999. They only come with unfulfilled promises when it comes to election.

“We have been here since morning, no sales because of the bad economy that PDP at the state and APC at the federal have brought on us”.

But today, no doubt is a memorable day indeed as the industralist has taking his time to make a campaign parade sharing different liberation packages in the market even as he delivers his Liberation Message to the market people giving them hope and encouragement that with him, Gbagi there is light at the end of the tunnel.

To this end, the Afor Market became Agog and endorsed Gbagi as the man with the solution to Delta state needs and problems.
