Delta 2023: DC-23 With 8 Guber Candidates In Appearance, All Ten And Ten Pence, No Level…

Gladly today, the DC-23 is heading for a quick resolution of a line up of persons that presented themselves as Governorship candidates for screening.

It is on record, also clear that there is only one candidate from the PDP or even the APC that has declared his intention to contest for 2023 Governorship position to every living being of Delta state, let’s make no mistake as there is only one that is viable.

It’s no longer a secret that, there are other persons paid money by some cronies to claim intentions on social media to be Governor but if Deltans are not being taken for granted and for joke as it has been in any case, there is only one candidate that has gone to all three (3) senatorial Districts, leaders of the states, opinion moulders, people that are presumed to own the state, traditional rulers, religious organizations, market places to publicly announce to them that he is contesting for Governorship in Delta state, come 2023.

Are they now bringing people who discuss with them privately or just people who went to meet them donated few kobos that they are candidates or Is that the level Delta state has cascaded to?

In any case, whatever happened today further clarifies that there is only one candidate, if you take a look at the line up other than that candidate who is independent whose source of income and position in the country is transparent effortlessly, a detrabalised candidate with financial muscle of his own which is the only one that appeals to all the youths given the effort he has put in place.

Apparently, the other eight (8) candidates that supposedly appears for the screening and if the screening or the entire DC-23 is not a charred, 90% or virtually all of them put together have in the history of PDP since 1999 have caught their teeths except this one candidate, Olorogun Barr Kenneth Gbagi, Orugba of Idjerhe kingdom, the former Chairman of the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria, all of those, eight(8) bought their first clothes, shoes, cats under the PDP with an albatross hanging all over their neck, for filtering from the treasury and tax payers money whenever they have been privileged to serve in governance.

Also taking a clear look, all of them have worked in Government and are known with various criminal records, living day by day begging EFCC and the authority involved not to incarcerate them.

Some of them boost of sharing their loots with security agencies so if Delta state is honest with itself, apart from Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi who is the only candidate that is worth this honour not those that have looted or is still looting the treasury of Delta state to come which are just a disgrace, infact none of us as Deltans should be proud to associate ourselves with them.

Just the look of them in the photograph will confirm they lack the substance of becoming a local government Chairman or at worst a quick messenger, filled with the ones that has no result and can neither speak a single sentence are there, the one that was arrested for fraud in government agencies are there, the ones that can no longer gain entrance into London for obvious theft reason even the ones that are former failed Commissioners hardly hear today are also present.

It is very unfortunate and an insult to Deltans. Infact the youths of Deltans should not allow themselves be taken for granted this time.

We are talking of one and only viable aspirant who is tested and trusted, who knows what, how, why, when and where to reform Delta state and in any case none of these eight(8) men has anything on ground to show to the public that they have laboured hard to put together for the Deltans and Delta state in general.

It is my honest intention that, all that appeared for DC-23 screening should all collapse themselves before they be disgraced and move the state forward with good intentions.

As we are onlookers, what you call the eyes of the society and the Urhobo nation should put themselves together and rally round one of theirs not to embarrass themselves more particularly with the statement accredited to Olu of Warri today, the best nothing short of the best, what is expected of a nation like Urhobo that has cut a teeth at an earlier stage in life.

With this, we are making an honest call on Deltans to open and shine their eyes!

Deltans run quickly away from jobbers, don’t be deceived this time!
