The Acting Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, in a visit to Nigeria Customs Hospital in Karu, Abuja, has urged medical personnel to optimise their performance by ensuring improved service delivery to their patients.
While addressing the staff who welcomed him, the CGC appreciated their sacrifice and further charged them to always adhere strictly to the ethics of the medical profession in all spheres of their activities.
The hospital tagged as the flagship of the Nigeria Customs Service’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, delivers excellent and affordable healthcare service to both Customs Officers and the Karu community.
Similarly, the CGC inspected other NCS facilities in Karu, assuring the provision of the necessary needs to ensure smooth Customs operations.
