91- SPONSORING INTER-SCHOOLS COMPETITIONS: Extra-curricular activities such as quizzes, debates, and sporting events make pursuance of education be full of fun, students participation in those activities gain more knowledge and experiences. If Bagudu is elected, he will be sponsoring inter-schools competitions, and winners will be rewarded with lots of gifts, and quality education will be achieved in the local government.
92- TRAINNING STAFFS ON SKILLS: Majority of government workers heavily relied on monthly salaries in order to carter for family needs and insatiable demands, salaries of most of them are not enough to handles what members of families enquire. Bagudu, if elected, will enforce training of staff on different skills for them to have several means of generating incomes to have a conducive leaving within their families.
93- PAYING MEDICAL BILLS OF POOR: Financial instability has contributed to the death of many, nowadays people especially poor struggle to get what to eat, in situation of sickness majority find it hard to pay for medical bills which result to death or worsening the illness. Bagudu, if voted, will be paying medical charges of those that are unable to afford.
94- ESTABLISHING WASTE TO WEALTH CENTERS: The population of unemployed youths is always increasing which is not safe to the security of people and their valuable as idle mind is a devil’s workshop, but when youths are productive, development become real. Bagudu will establish waste to wealth centre for the teaming youths of the local government to be resourceful and productive.
95- REWARDING HARDWORKING WORKERS: There are thousands of people working in public sector that are hardworking, honest and indefatigable whom have been contributing for many years, they deserve every form of commendation but the past administration did not do that. Bagudu, if emerged as Chairman, will be rewarding such workers with unforgettable merits.
96- EMBRACING PEOPLE OF ALL FAITHS: The divergences that exist when it comes to faith are what past leaders used in causing enmity among people. They gave more relevance to particular followers of a religion over others. If Bagudu is elected as chairman, he will put away differences in religions when sharing democratic dividences or appointments.
97- PROVIDING LOANS TO SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS: Petty traders are mostly forgotten whenever government is giving out loans as big business owners get lion shares, small amount of loan can go a long way in boosting businesses of small traders. Bagudu will give priority to small business owners whenever loans are giving out for them to be beneficiaries.
98- EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES TO DISABLED PERSONS: Persons living with disabilities face several challenges in employment, getting admissions to institutions and capitals for running businesses, some of them felt guilty of their conditions which led to committing suicides. Equal opportunities or a big percentage will be given to disabled individuals whenever the need arises.
99- RE-INTRODUCTION OF ADULTS’ EDUCATION: Some people in hamlets were not opportune to have formal education in their youthful stages of life, the enthusiasm in their hearts of reading and writing never die-down but no lack avenue for that in past administrations. The desire for them to read and write will be realdified when Bagudu win the Chairmanship position of the local government.
100- DECLARING MONTHLY SANITATION: Cleanliness as it is says is next to godliness, communities where sanitation is done on regular intervals record less cases of disease outbreaks, while rate of endemic tend to be high where sanitation is giving carefree attitude. Electing Bagudu will make monthly sanitation compulsory for the societies to be free from diseases.
101- LEAVING DOORS OPEN FOR CRITICS: Unlike in the past administrations were followers are just there at the receiving end getting whatever leaders implement without giving chance for their views on what they urgently need, there was no chance to air their opinion or challenge what were done. Leadership under amiable Bagudu will let critics say their minds and avenue for advice will be opened.
