The Chairmanship candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC), Comrade Sunny Ekpetika has assured his readiness to improve the Economy of the Local Government if voted into power by September 2nd 2023.
Comrade Sunny Ekpetika who made the assurance while addressing some political leaders in Agenebode, said he can not afford to disappoint those leaders that gave him their backing to contest.
According to him, as a man of integrity with due respect for elders, he will use his wealth of experience as a APC Youth mobilizer, to turn most of the moribund economy in the local Government around.
While soliciting for the support of the people to win the Chairmanship race, the APC candidate said, “there will be more jobs for the Youths as soon as more industries become operational”.
He also appealed to the people to shun money bag politicians who have no agenda for the people but are only pursuing their personal ambition.
In his own contribution, the leader told the people that Comrade Sunny Ekpetika has been tested and trusted as a man of integrity who has been above board in all ramifications.
He therefore assured the people that Chairmanship under the administration of Comrade Sunny Ekpetika will be truly ”for the people and by the people”..
Also, the state Youth leader of APC, said the party (APC), made a thorough search for a credible candidate before the election that produced Comrade Sunny Ekpetika and Comrade Charles Aloaye Dangana.
