The Network Of Network of Civil Society Organisations in collaboration with the Borno state Agency for coordination of sustainable Development and Humanitarian Response commemorate World Humanitarian Day with the theme: Strengthening global Solidarity and Empowering Local Communities, the event has the Borno state Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, represented by the SSG, Bukar Tijjani.

It brings together critical stakeholders in the humanitarian sectors including the NGOs, civil society organizations as well as government officials and persons of concern among others.
