The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) says the Abuja feeding scheme project will add about 624 megawatts (MW) to the national grid when completed.
Oluwagbenga Ajiboye, executive director of transmission service provider (TSP) at the TCN, spoke when he led the company’s team on an inspection tour of the ongoing project in Abuja on Thursday.

The Abuja feeding scheme project, worth $170 million and funded by the French Development Agency (AFD), comprises five substations and commenced in April 2019.
