The Dalobi Hotel, a testament to Eziowelle’s burgeoning role as a leisure and business destination, was commissioned by Governor Soludo himself, sending a clear message of support for local entrepreneurship.

He praised CEO Chief Ikem Obi for heeding the call to invest in Anambra, aligning with the “Aku luo uno” spirit.

Governor Soludo further emphasized his commitment to the well-being of the less privileged, highlighting the ongoing free education scheme in public schools, free delivery and antenatal services in public hospitals, and aligning these initiatives with the core APGA principle of “onye aghana Nwanne”. He assured the 500 empowered widows that his government stands for them.

Earlier, the MD/CEO of Dalobi Hotel, Chief Ikem Obi, visibly moved by the Governor’s presence and support, expressed his deep appreciation for both the hotel’s commissioning and the empowerment package for the widows.

He stated that Governor Soludo’s presence was a strong signal of the state government’s backing for his investment, showcasing a true synergy between the government and private sector.

The event drew prominent figures such as the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr Ernest Ezeajughi, Commissioner for Works, Engr Ifeanyi Okoma, Chief of Protocol, Chinedu Nwoye, National President of ASATU, Chief Titus Akpudo and Eziowelle APGA party stalwarts, underscoring the significance of the occasion for the community.
