Voting has commenced at Community Primary School, Umueze Council, Amawobia, Ward 1, with the presence of Security agencies, the Army, Police, NSCDC and INEC officials.
Also at 003 and 0015 Enuagu village, Enugwu-Ukwu Ward 1 voting accreditation has Just commence, at about 9:31am. The Village Chairman, Chief Uche Okafor, blame the delay on the side of the INEC officials that declined their continuity.
