The Governors of Rivers & Bayelsa States, @SimFubaraKSC & @govdouyediri, have taken a bold step towards unity, putting an end to decades-old disputes over Soku Oil Wells & Bayelsa’s properties in Port Harcourt.

In a symbolic Christmas visit to Governor Fubara in Port Harcourt, Governor Diri applauded his counterpart’s peaceful approach, describing it as a refreshing shift from past hostilities.

Fubara, in turn, emphasized the deep historical ties between the two states, once united as Rivers State, and called for stronger collaboration through the BRACE Commission to drive regional development.

This renewed alliance sets the stage for a brighter future, proving that dialogue and understanding can bridge even the deepest divides.
