The Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN) has asked the federal government to conduct a full forensic audit of “N11.35 trillion” spent on the rehabilitation of state-owned refineries.

In a statement on Thursday, Joseph Obele, the national publicity relations officer (PRO), said the investigation is essential to restore confidence in public investments.
