Nigeria’s non-oil exports reached US$6.1 billion in 2025, up 11.5% from 2024, marking the sector’s strongest performance to date.
Total export volume rose to 8.02 million metric tonnes, with 281 products shipped to 120 countries.

Top destinations were the Netherlands, Brazil, and India, while cocoa, urea fertilizer, cashew nuts, sesame seed, and solid minerals drove earnings.
NEPC credited the growth to President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, boosting economic diversification, job creation, and Nigeria’s global trade presence.
