African Development Bank Group has approved a $200m loan to boost Nigeria’s digital infrastructure and jobs through the D-VIBE (Project BRIDGE) initiative.
The plan will expand fibre coverage from 30,000km to 120,000km, linking all 774 LGAs, schools, health centres and businesses, while enhancing regional connectivity.
Structured as a public-private partnership, the project aims to drive broadband access, productivity and employment.
