AFCON: Bravo as Super Eagles Takes Nigeria to Quarterfinals, Dishes 2-0 to Cameroon….details 

Following President Tinubu’s advice towards the Super Eagles to soar like eagles indeed, the Super Eagles of Nigeria have decided to break more records by defeating Cameroon with 2- 0 to reach the quarterfinals of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d’Ivoire

The Super Eagles maintained status by putting out a masterclass display as Atlanta winger Ademola Lookman displayed talent to the net in the first half with the assistance rendered by Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen at the Stade Felix Houphouet-Boigny.

In the second half, Ademola Lookman also grab the net with another assistance from Calvin Bassey to qualify Nigeria to the quarterfinals.

To this end, Nigeria will get ready to face Angola in the quarterfinals with the hope of advancing to the next stage of the tournament.
