The executive Governor of Kwara state has presently delivered another legacy project of Governor AbdulRahman CON is the first phase of Gbugbu International Market constructed by his administration in Gbugbu, a town in Edu Local Government.
According to him, the first phase of the project comprises of lock-up shops, blocks of open shops, public toilets at different parts of the market, and security post, among other facilities that have been put in place.
And the next two phases which will commence soon include abattoir, police station, fire station, car park, administrative office, among others.
Recalling that Gbugbu, a town in Edu local government, is a historic trading melting pot bringing together peoples from across West Africa subregion.
